Autel Support is no longer answering questions on the user forum  Maybe for the interim can get by using  a USB computer mouse with a micro USB adapter until you get some help via e-mailing support, get assigned a case number and a eventually get it sent out for repair or replacement if going into settings and unlocking something, or doing a touch screen calibration doesn't resolve issue.
